Project Nehemiah

I was inspired by the story of Bread of Life - Rizal, their sruggle and determination to stand after typhoon Ondoy devastated their community. When the door closes God will open the windows. Robinsons Mall offered them to house their activities on the former Philam Life Office thus gives them a better and more accesible place to worship.

This reminds me to give time to the project we started 2009 - helping students by providing basic school supplies. The focal point will be improving the life of every family by starting to support kids fulfill their dreams.
I came from a family of teachers so I decided to start from there. I know that this project is not easy, same as the situation of the apostles back when they are spreading the word of God but I must stood to this endeavor. I know from within that this is my share in promoting God's goodness to mankind. I decided to call it Banghal Aralin; Project Nehemiah. Banghay Aralin is the tagalog of Lesson Plan. Like teachers we plan how they will attain their dreams and education is the very first step we need to plan carefully.
Anyone who is interested to part of this project, please post your comment and i'll get in touch we you. We are in need of school books, school supplies, bags, uniforms, anything that a normal student would need....Hope someone got the chance to read this post and help us...thanks!
